Suzette was his anchor. When work took him across the winding roads and quiet provinces of France, he carried her memory in a single suitcase. From the salt-air shores of Normandy to the stone markets of Lyon, he reached out to her every week.
In every postcard, he captured a moment: a new recipe, a local harvest, or a secret flavor from the countryside. These were his gifts to her—little tastes of his journey, always signed with the same quiet promise: “Bientôt, ma Petite Suzette” (Soon, my Little Suzette).
Today, this restaurant is that promise kept. We serve classic French comfort inspired by those regional discoveries—seasoned with nostalgia, and served with care.
